Why can't I track my order?
Sometimes during checkout customers emails are not entered into our system. You will need both your email and your order # to track your order. Please email us at service@babywaymarket.com so we can add your email to your order.

Why is shipping taking so long ๐Ÿ•’?
We use an international shipping system known as an ePacket which allows countries worldwide to ship items for a fraction of normal costs. This allows us to order free shipping to our customers even if it is not free for BabyWay Market.

Our estimated shipping times are as follows which are also detailed during the checkout process: Shipping to United States 10 to 16 days, up to 20 days to Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand. Aside from the holiday season, packages usually get delivered on average 14 days.

Once the item reaches its destination, such as your state or region, it transfers into your local post office's hands such as USPS.

Please note! Sometimes tracking doesn't update when your local carrier has taken hold. Rest assured, the package is on its way to you. Sometimes there are additional delays due to destination country customs. This is rare and uncommon but may occur.

What if I want to return my order?
Not a problem, please send us an email at service@babywaymarket.com, let us know the reason for the return, as well as photo or video of the damaged product. We cannot process refunds while the item is in transit, or on SALE items.

I made a mistake on my order, how can I change it?
Please email us at service@babywaymarket.com so that we can make the address or order correction right away! If we've already processed your order, we may not be able to alter it after it has shipped.

Where do you ship from and source your products?
We ship and source from around the world, including within the United States, China and other less used sources, much like any other online retailer! We use similar sources as name brands and are always on the look out for quality products.

Can I get a refund ๐Ÿ’ธ while the product is in transit to me?
Shipping worldwide has its challenges, and it is much likelier that the package is taking a bit more time than it being lost. Please feel free to check in with us or take your tracking number and paste it into your local carrier's online tracking (USPS, Canada Post, Australia, etc) and sign up to receive email or text alerts. Once your local carrier receives the package, you will immediately receive a notification! If the package has exceeded a wait time of 30 days we can then offer a full refund or replace the lost package with a new one!
